Black Swan : IMDB 9/10 : Lesbian Scene Makes It A Winner
When a movie scores over 6.0 on imdb... it's worth a watch.
When a movie scores 9.0 (currently 8.9) then it's worth a watch regardless of topic/theme/cast... at least in my opinion it is.
That was my rule, a high scoring movie should be watched because it must but great.
As Black Swan starts I noticed the imdb synopsis:
ME: "Ahh crap... no zombies then?"
So yes, it's a movie about ballet dancers. But the ballet stars are two of Hollywood's hottest brunettes.
Natalie Portman:
And Mila Kunis:
Portman's character is shy and reserved. Pressured into a ballet career (they get paid!?) by her failed-performer mother.
Kunis' character is tattooed, rebellious, likes her soft drugs + ale, a bit of a tease etc.
Kunis tempts Portman into nights of drugs, beer and sex (more on that in a minute! Woo!) as Portman's character starts to experience mental problems.
There's also something about a ballet performance and a swan or something, I don't know, went straight over my head.
Final thoughts:
If you can tolerate a movie that runs for 1 hour 40 minutes that's 80% ballet then you're rewarded with the other 20%. Mental oddness and lesbianism:
Yes, those kinky bitches get it on and we get to watch Portman fingering herself. (Seriously.)
