My account has been hacked. I've tried to contact customer service but Kafka would be proud about the way that hasn't worked yet. I fear I'm guildmaster on both sides of the light, watch out for people pretending to be me.

Arrgh. I'm really sorry mate. It happened to me twice on WOW and it was horrible. I hope they get it sorted out quickly and not too much damage has been done.

Amazing with all the security questions that they could get in and reset the e-mail address.

Turns out I'm even more of a n00b than I thought, it was just a mail-delay thing bla-bla.
So all is good !
