Seeing as we're nearly 2.5k gold down in the space of about a month, i've changed the limits for various member ranks. Also, use it for when we do stuff, but if it's just from running pugs, repair out of your own pocket.

To be fair, this doesn't really apply to most of the people who will actually read this, but just on the off chance some of the others read the forum.
