Yes, that buzzing noise you hear during World Cup games is being caused by plastic horns called vuvuzelas.
Despite complaints from... well everyone who's involved in the World Cup in any capacity, they won't get banned.
Now people are trying to find ways to filter out the noise
which I find interesting. Even more so than the geezers currently outside my mums house trying to find ways to hang lines of flags across a main-road.
