Traffic Warden - harumph!!, nowadays we are Civil Enforcement Officers, but tbh its just the same shit, just a name change. Even i'm surprised by this story but some authorities employ complete numpties. I'd like to say my lot don't,but we have. There are some folks in my section that would be unemployable anywhere else. In my defense it's not my choice of job but there's fuck all else around at the moment and i've got bills to pay.
