Ok so I dont know how many of you have noticed but Grim has fucked of to MI.
Now I dont know why its happend but I suspect its about time frames.
Hes 85 and they raid and he wants to raid so why not go raid with them?

This exposes something we dont really address at all. We have players who want to raid. BUT they dont get to raid. Because the weight of the guild basically cant be arsed with that. Now hey I know that sounds harsh. Its true, really it is.
I think its time we took a collective audit of our chars and our playing needs and wants.
Do I want to go for the end game?
or
Do I want to be casual and do achievements and the like when I can?

To this end I would propose we remove all the players who want to be casual and put them in Cowstress casuals, the rest of us are free to recuit for raids and GO for it!
With the new guild achieves the Cowstress casuals would not be a retard guild, but more specialized going for archeaology pre cata dungeons and the like.
With the raiding guild doing the more reactive things.
