Ok so we have all seen the adds in Org about <lvl 87878> guild I am awesome!!
I was on last night and decided to see what they were all about.

Now dont get me wrong I wasnt about to do a Grim and feck off. I was just after an insight into the process they use to recruit new people.

So a quick /w and a Hi im alive and not a bot and lo and behold I had an inv to Blackwing Descent.
Plus some really interesting conversational gambits from the recruiter. Like, tell them I sent you and ill get 250 gold!
They wanted me to sign up to a 5 day a week raid schedule and commit to not missing 2 or more or I would be kicked from the guild.
After some convos with them I "decided" that they were all arseholes.
We could be at the same lvel of progression they are at, given some commitment from us and a little application.
All they have is a high profile and opinion of themselves.
I was quite descriptive towards them and what I thought they could do with thier guild.
There is no guild feeling to match ours, no feeling of belonging, just a meeting of minimum requirements, I hope Grim is happy.
Personaly I would take our happy band of NeWbS1!1!!1 any day
