Heavy Rain
Finished this last night and enjoyed the majority of it.
Here's the E3 2009 trailer:
I doubt we'll see another game in 2010 with such fantastic visuals.
All that stuff in the trailer is actually in the game, it's not pre-rendered CGI from a cutscene.
The attention to detail is crazy.

If you're not too bothered about spoilers then checkout GameSpot's Review. I agree with most of it but I think they forgot to factor in the potential for DLC.
(Anything that went unexplained in the story might be explained later.)
If you've got a PS3 and enjoy a good story with nods to the likes of Dexter and Prison Break thrown in, then give it a try.
There's a fair few Trophies to collect and I get the impression there's 2 or more endings so I'll give it another run through soonish.
