Unthinkable.

Unthinkable stars Samuel L Jackson, Carrie-Anne Moss and Martin Sheen.

Trailer is here.

It's surprisingly good considering it never hit cinema's. (Straight to DVD apparently.)

The imdb synopsis reads:
Quote:
A psychological thriller centred around a black-ops interrogator and an FBI agent who press a suspect terrorist into divulging the location of three nuclear weapons sets to detonate in the U.S.

The entire film probably cost very little in terms of sets, extras and props because you only seem to see 3/4 rooms in total.

Jackson's character ( "H" ) was surprising but I guess that was kinda the point, he didn't mess about doing his job but you get an inkling that he enjoyed what he did.
A slightly twisted individual but a blind eye is turned because he's a necessary evil/working towards the greater good.

Definitely worth a watch, especially for the ending because after I'd seen it I thought "Are these actions justifiable if this were to actually happen?"
"And so is the Golden City blackened With each step you take in my Hall. Marvel at perfection, for it is fleeting. You have brought Sin to Heaven And doom upon all the world."
