I played for about a week now and I'm not exactly bored with it again. It was fun to sort of relearn old chars.
On the other hand I would very much like some new content as apart form the highest end raid dungeons I've pretty much seen it all and everything seems way too easy and for granted these days. But hey - the expansion is just around the corner so that's all sorted.

Not much to be not bored of really. Obviously it's the same content as before, just some mechanics have changed. Like Bis said, it's basically a month to re-learn how to play your class before the expansion launches.

I'll jump back in when I finish Fable 3 then. Which, at this rate, will probably be the end of the week.

They've started to slowly release the pre Cata event stuff, so if you're wanting to see the world getting destroyed it may be worth a months sub.

Blatantly thieved from MMO-Champ, the world destroying patch it most likely this Wednesday allegedly. Next Wednesday at the latest.

Things that will change:
- Portals in Dalaran/Shattrath Removed
- Class trainers in Dalaran where portals once were
- New race-class combinations (excluding worgen/goblin)
- New Gnome/Troll starting areas
- Changes to existing zones
- New cata load screens
- New cata intro cinematic
- New cata login screen
- New music
- City Quartermasters, with rep tabards
- Bug fixes
- Class balancing
- Druids, paladins, priests, and shaman will have their talent trees reset
- Experience required to gain levels 71 through 80 is being reduced by 20%
- New tamable hunter pets (Monkey, fox, dog, and beetle, as well as new skins for existing pet classes.)


Things that change with the expansion:
- Creating worgen/goblin characters
- Worgen/Goblin start zones
- Archeology
- Professions past 450 (Illustrious Grand Master)
- Guild leveling
- Guild achievements
- Eastern Kingdoms/Kalimdor flight
- New Zones (80+)
