Some chat on TS tonight about setting up a online FM game - maybe a session a week or similar.

Who's up for it, when would we play etc?

Most days would be OK, only ones that are generally bad are Mondays & Saturdays. If we're doing a few hours, i'd prefer to start a bit earlier, maybe 8:00-9:00 UK time.

Countries/Leagues i'm not too fussed whether it's lower league or top leagues, just maybe avoid the massive teams like your Barca's.

I like the time, not thursdays as we lose the Bis , not Sat/Sun as we lose the Aga.
So Tues or Wed look to be the better ones.

Tues/Wed fine with me. Fri/Sat out for me.

I suggest making sure we all go in the same league, and not overly powerful teams. Say England - no teams in Europe?

Same league definitely. Country depends on whether we want to do a 'usual' league or something a bit random.

Best if we choose a league that we dont really know to much about.

If we say non of the top 4 teams.That should be ok no matter what league we chose.

As it stands; MLS is on the table. Also some chat about random South American leagues also.

Tuesday/Wednesday is also good for me.

Not too fussed about the league although am not particularly enthused by MSL. I'm more of an old continent sucker. What about the Spanish league B? Players are not too bad and not too good, you can get some talent in and attract some decent older players. I feel it brings more variety in the transfer market. MSL or low end LATAM leagues reduces signing potential and transfer creativity significantly.

So are we good for this Wednesday ?

On the "Leagues" question; If we're going to do something different, I'd prefer it to be properly different, rather than just deliberately aiming for a shit league.

Truth be told, I'm just as happy in the Premier League as I am in the MLS, with the caveat that I think we should not be taking the top teams in the division we pick.

I offer to pick teams for you in the Premiership, based on a Gav-guessing, balls from a bowl style bit of lottery UEFA picking thing.

Teams in the Championship for 2011/12 are:
Barnsley, Blackpool, Burnley, Cardiff, Coventry, Crystal Palace, Derby, Huddersfield, Hull, Ipswich, Leeds, Leicester, Middlesbrough, Millwall, Newcastle, Peterborough, Portsmouth, QPR, Reading, Scunthorpe, Southampton, Swansea, Watford & Wigan.

If we're not going to be relegated teams that takes out Blackpool, Newcastle & Wigan. I'm assuming people won't want to be newly promoted teams either which is Huddersfield, Peterborough & Southampton.

So that leaves us Barnsley, Burnley, Cardiff, Coventry, Crystal Palace, Derby, Hull, Ipswich, Leeds, Leicester, Middlesbrough, Millwall, Portsmouth, QPR, Reading, Scunthorpe, Swansea & Watford.

We just need to decide if we just pick who we want (Which is what I would do) or do some random draw system. If we're picking i'll go Swansea or Watford.

Well done Shepp! Thanks for putting the effort in! Liking this new vibe we are having since a few weeks where we actually succeed in getting things organised and there's a lot more banter going on, on TS! This is another of these little things that make a difference!


If we're picking I would like Crystal Palace or QPR
