Ok the log awaited server migration has become available.
But not for all servers.

So we will have to wait for ours to become active. We might find that our server becomes a target for players to move to rather than from.

To start the character transfer process, login to your account, click My Account and then click Character Transfers in the left hand menu. From there you will be able to select Start a Character Transfer and see if you have any characters eligible for transfer to selected servers.

Yep, I just noticed this. Initially this was one of the heavier servers and I think a lot of people got fed up of the waiting to get in so re-rolled elsewhere. I don't know what the remaining active population is like compared to the others.
It would be a lot easier guild wise to be able to stay here.

we get to go to Tomb of Freedon Nadd. One of the fuller servers.
I am moving all of my chars ASAP. Bisi will need to sort out the guild bank and the cash therin.

Quick update.
Im there hurry up before they close it.
It reset my legacy name and UI preferences but other than that was nice and fast.
Loads of player on the light side even at daft oclock when I was on.

Tomb of Freedon Nadd appears to be full. And all my chars seem to be guild leaders although I abandonned it before I tried to transfer ... I cannot log in or access my account page ...

I think I'll wait until any problems are gone...

All done and good - I can see all our chars on both sides of the light except for the symbol formerly known as Shamash and the mighty Spleen (check this link, Flashy : Spleen be ein goon )

Finally managed to get moved. I was worried they were going to switch off the transfer and going to be stuck on my own! I have all my characters over, thanks for the pointer Bisi, I hadn't seen that post but thats what I did anyway and it worked

I shouldn't leave it too long Tal, if the server gets full they might stop the moves or change the destination.

Lisa has another concert tonight so I don't think I will be on until 10.30 ish. But if you are about would be ready for some death and destruction. The place She's singing at doesn't have a bar, so I should also have a clear head, so Bisi don't have too much in the work bar this afternoon

4 of my character names are gone, so Flasheart, Vesha, Acerimmer and Spleen are all dead

I too estimate to be home around 10.30 tonight. The name thing is cacky teh pooh.
