Right, let's wipe out the rankings and get a fresh start.....

Downloaded and installed. Tried to see if any changes to the online....no changes...doesn't work....so I'm comforted by long standing traditions being upheld.

The game appears to be very much different from previous versions:
Game is definitely slower paced
Dribbling involves much less slalom running but requires an actual dribble move, which no doubt makes it more realistic but then again much harder to attack and easier to defend
Manual passing and shooting has improved a lot, you can actually aim the pass or shot now, so better tactical and movement play.
Through balls seem to have become a bit easier though, not sure that's a good thing.

First impressions, only played one game vs the AI.

So, I posted the link last night and then forgot to download it but I remembered it an hour ago when I was on my way home so I stopped at some store to pick it up and now I'm trying to install it but I never noticed it was the playstation version !!! Whaaaaaaaa !

Despite my misgivings about the digital download process, I went for it. Much better than the last time I tried. This time I even got a key...

Ok, game is created on the website.

I'd ask that you guys help me populate the database with the teams from the game (giving them their new rankings according to the A-E rankings on each category).

Click on the teams section in PES2013 and then select a category to see the dialogue to input a team. Scoring method is the sum of their various rankings across the six categories:

A - 200 points
B - 150
C - 100
D - 50
E - 25

So for example, Arsenal is B B B B A B; so (200 x 5 + 100) = 1100. Alawys round downwards to the closest match, so we'd rank them at 1000 points.

I suggest we divide the various categories of teams amongst ourselves...

Between Stumpy and I, we have done up to the Brazilian league.

I have already put in all the countries in the international leagues (I will edit the rankings soon - they are all on default 300 now) leaving League other and League Brazil for Aga ! :-)

Off sick today from work - so took 30 minutes to update Bisi's work and finish everything off.

Team Roster is now complete, unless Konami put new ones in there.

For starters I say we play a massive cup with all the teams in it so that we get to see/learn all of them.
I've made a grand cup with 239 teams, first a qualifying round then 24 groups of 9 teams of which the top 3 will progress into a knock-out stage, all teams play each other once in the group phase.
Game on !

@Tal : I don't seem to be able to change the tournament ranking.

Implements community mode which will allow

8 players in an online game
4 players to form a team against another community
