Deja-vu.
Run the game and see if it's working okay.
If not...
Back up your main .exe and then head off to http://gamecopyworld.com/ and get the "Borderlands: The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned v1.10 [MULTI5] No-DVD/Fixed EXE"
(It's recommended you get the Zombie Island stuff because it adds alot of new quests.)
